In Her Shoes Foundation (IHSF) is a 501(c)3 organization that is dedicated to making a positive impact on society by empowering women and girls. IHSF connects women of various backgrounds through programs and events focused on improving our communities and spurring personal and professional growth.
Ready Set Girls Academy.
our flagship program.
The flagship Ready Set Girls Academy (RSGA) program empowers teen girls to live their best possible lives.
The goal is to give young women the positive tools to navigate the pressures and expectations they encounter in today’s society.
The curriculum-based program is structured around four themes: leadership, healthy living, social skills and lifestyle.

Professional Development Program
IHSF's Professional Development Program bring together, motivate, empower, and inspire women from all walks of life to promote positive professional growth. Workshop topics include leadership, work-life balance, negotiation, management, and lifestyle, providing the strength and skills to develop and thrive throughout your career endeavors.
Giving Back:
Group Volunteering Opportunities
IHSF's Giving Back program was born from our volunteers’ wish to give back to the local community in a variety of ways. The program connects IHSF with a broad array of community projects offered through partnering organizations and other not-for-profits, allowing us to provide “hands on” opportunities to impact our neighborhoods and those in need throughout Chicagoland.
