Ready Set Girls Academy Program Committee Chair

Sireesha Garikepati is IHSF's Ready Set Girls Academy Program Director.  In this role, she is responsible for program expansion and managing day-to-day program operations. Ms. Garikepati has over 10 years of experience in driving successful technology implementations with clients. She has a passion for ensuring women feel supported and empowered; and strives to maintain a healthy lifestyle, with the hope that she can inspire others to do the same.

Ms. Garikepati is currently an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Applause, a digital experience company. Her role focuses on building trusted advisor relationships with customers and demonstrating how they can be successful leveraging Applause across their digital experience initiatives. 

Ms. Garikepati is a graduate of the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
